"How is I have insurance with your office for a decade or longer and still don't get my last name right since 2015! I opened my latest renewal only to be over $1000 for a 2016 vehicle all due to Credit Score changing! This is completely unacceptable. I have been fully insured for 40 years, no accidents, automatic withdrawal, etc and this is how I get treated?! Bye!!!!"

"Update: Just use a different State Farm agency. In short: State Farm Great, State Farm Fowlerville not great. This agency is highly unorganized and chooses to blame "corporate" despite corporate confirming branch issues via submission dates and timelines. Over multiple months attempting to speak to my agent "Katie," each time I asked to talk to "Katie" I was told she would not return until the end of the following week...So much for "like a good neighbor...State farm is there" This agent is not here nor there or anywhere within reach of a phone or apparently a computer for that matter. After my most recent issue: Receiving a bright red "Balance due notice" for a policy that was paid in full at creation and then dropped over 30 days prior to the notice in the mail due to "corporate delays making the declaration page late" and needing the dec page to take possession of the insured property, I called corporate to find out what happened, corporate explained via submission dates that these issues had been caused by the branch itself, that declaration pages should not take 10 days to receive and shouldn't have been an issue, that the policy in question would be corrected, and then further recommended I change agents vs dropping State Farm altogether. Since switching to the alternative state farm branch, all of a sudden the things I need actually get done and in a flat out hurry. Insurance is supposed to give you peace of mind, this Fowlerville agency will give you a headache. Previous review: This place used to be great. I have a renters policy and atv policy through here. I tried to get my dad hooked up with them and they ran his atv policy through at triple the rate of their competitor with less coverage. Now it has been 15 days since he cancelled the policy and I am still getting emails and phone calls asking for insurance payments for a machine that they no longer insure. Before all of this I couldn’t recommend this place enough, now I am hesitant to stay with State Farm."

"Hi Chad, I’m very sorry for your frustration, I reviewed everything and the request was input the day you asked. With the holidays it is taking a little longer to process the requests at State Farm corporate underwriting but it will definitely get taken care effective the day you requested! We hope you had a wonderful holiday and we’re able to have time off with your family or friends as well. Thanks! State Farm Fowlerville "
